Man down.. Man down!! What's the worst pain you ever had??

I woke up the other day and my lower back was hurting . They think it's a herniated disc. I am not sure yet but I know if I bend a certain way it hurts like hell . Been to chiropractor and not helping . Waiting on MRI what can I expect for treatment?

Had my discectomy on l5 s1 this morning leg pain is gone but a tad sore from the cut . Looks like I will spending a lot of time on here next few weeks . Excuse any crazy posts may be drugged up
