He doesn't even live close to it. He lives in Albertville an hour away. It's going to be a while before he builds the way he talked. I liked riding there though.

I actually traded some vechicles around with the new owner recently and he is building a house on it. close to rev limiter. He was having a problem with the rock he said.

He's one lucky SOB but that sucks for the rest of us. :-[

Dam, unless he is just building a hunting cabin or something, don't know why anybody would want to build a nice place there? on side of a rocky chert pit, 15-20 minutes away from anything, and the neighbors remind you of the Deliverance movie! but if you were a deer hunter and rock crawler, it would be Heaven!
