My Bus,,, My Bus,,, My Bus...

Got the fronts on the two drawers... Turned out pretty decent... Later on I may find some small aluminum angle to wrap the fronts with... Gonna try and get the upper cabinets skinned today, then all they will need is paint and installed...

OK, I found a black tank that fits perfect under the bus... I need to relocate the inlet for the shitter on the tank though... Any ideas???

Thought about cutting the inlet out from the tank and using rtv and some screws to refasten it... Then seal up the old hole...

if it is a fiberglass tank, i would just use some fiberglass cloth and resin...

if you need some cloth... i think i might still have some laying around that you can have... don't have any resin though...

I think Schucks carries resin in small containers, youll need some catalyst (hardener) as well. If only I still worked at my previous job I could have hooked you up with everything you would need

Homedepot and Smucks both have kits... Defiantly use fiber glass cloth with a fiberglass tank... had a decent sized crack in my **** tank when I got my RV... Fixxed that issue promptly... :awesomework:

I cut the hole in the floor for the shitter, then started cutting up the waste tank... I need to use the short wide one, the other won't fit unless I move the battery box and that ain't happening... The tanks are made out of a cream colored plastic with little black speckles...

Ifn you want to make damn sure the vent screws are sealed, there is this 3" seal tape we use at work for the escape hatch screws, it's some sti-i-i-cky ****, works awesome!!!! I can try and find out where to get it if interested....:awesomework:

i just cut up my old boat and it had a nice newer aluminium 60 gal fuel tank you got any need for it?:redneck:

Posting from inside the bus... Me and the boy just cleaned it out so it's ready for New Years Eve... Gonna stay in it at a friends place, beats getting a dui... Drinking a beer and going through ideas for a bed... Last time the wife and I slept on the floor in it... Thinking I'll frame up a 2x4/osb platform and throw some foam on it...

Have to get everything loaded up and can't forget the coffee pot... Might have to lay in bed for several hours before trying to head home on Sunday...

And yeah, the shitter will be tested...
