I have been wheeling for the last few years with my old harley rain suit and it has gotten weathered. Rode bikes in it for 6 years then got a new one so started wheeling in the old one.
I been looking at getting a new one that is good, breathable, and will last. The obvious is not leak but my question is which one. There are thousands to pick from.
So which rain suit you guys have good luck with that will take some abuse and not tear first time out?

Frogg Toggs

Everyone with Frog Toggs at Harlan was soaked after a full day of rain. Only the more expensive Gortex suits held up and completely dry. Ijust replaced my Gortex suit with another as mine was several years old, I remember using it in Tellico. This is what I went with.

Coat $220.

Bibb $200.

Frogg toggs are good for temporary rain situations.

Think of them more as a better quality emergency rain poncho...

I have a North Face rain suit that I've been wheeling, hiking, and motorcycling in for years.

Used gortex in the military and swear by it.....spendy, but worth it when you want to be dry

Yall are some girls. I keep some 50 gallon trash bags in my toolbox you can poke 3 holes in and wear like a poncho if it gets real nasty but the only thing I try to keep dry when wheeling is my air filter.

Frog toggs were terrible when I had them 10 years ago. Ripped 3 pairs before I gave up.

Check out Simms or Gill for quality rain gear.

I also have a few Carhardt rain suits that I use at work. They seem to work good but they usually only come on when I'm packing up my **** to go home.

This is what I have. I really like it. Breathable but will stop all water and wind.

Butt fer realz, I got a few gore jackets. If I hafta stay in them all day, I'ma sweat like whore in church. Fatty gets all humid an junk in there...

I went to a Columbia outlet store and got a nice jacket and a pair of rain pants before going to Choccolocco for New Years. It was money well spent as I have a nice jacket to use that will also keep me dry when wheeling.
