Rock rings?

Anyone have any good info on rockrings for a 15" rim?

I was told I can't weld beadlocks on the rims I have because of where the relief is inside the rim. It would make it impossible to get the tire over the beadlock and onto the rim. Somebody called this type of rim an "oldman beadlock or reveresed rim". I know now it is almost impossible to get the tire off the outside bead bump area so i am thinking I can get by without bereadlocks for what I do.

I am more concerned with the edge of the rim getting chewed up. I seen a small article online about saving the rim edges using rockrings for H1 rims. Was wondering if they are made for 15" rims also?

A reversed rim shouldnt be a problem. You would be mounting the tire from the back of the rim anyway so it wouldn't matter if you had a bead lock on the front.

I thought the tire had to be mounted over the top of the bead lock and onto the rim?

correct you cannot beadlock a reversed center rim unless the drop center is leass than 13".

95% of reversed rims the drop center is 13 1/2".

You could grab some 3/8" round rod, and just hand form it to the rim lip and weld it on if you want to save some $.

I read that also except using rebar.
