rust removal

i have started getting ready to paint the wicked yj just looking to see what everyone ones to get the rust off the cage to get it ready for paint it is just surface rust.i have been looking at trying ospho has anyone else tryed it or should i just sand it

Depending on how bad it is I typically just hit it with a wirewheel then shoot it with a coat of rust proof primer.
