So the Hitachi on my Sammy is acting a donkey and I think its time for an upgrade.

do I go Weber? Toyota? Harley ?

I'd like to go with propane but it is driven on the street a little too much.

Yes what custom said .......NEVER go back with a Sami carb or damn weber,,,,,I got stories...no nitemares,,,jus not goin into it now...

I had a Harley carb, made my own intake out of exhaust pipe, it worked great! just got to jet it up some, if you decide to go that route, let me know and i will help ya out with all you need to make it work

i used a harley carb and it was simple and never missed at any angle!! i recommend it 100%

Yall doing anything else to the engine when you put the Harley carb on ? I looked on Low Range today at the Harley carb what is the stuff they are calling Myside and Myside 2 ?

Pretty sure the myside 2 is with the intake and the myside is just the carb

I have a header with a 2 1/4" exhaust with a 220 jet in my harley carb and am very pleased with it. Prob the best thing i bought.

Fuel inject it would be my first choice. I run the 1.6 fi on my 1.3 with no problems for several years now. But if you want a carb I'd do myside.

The fuel pump on myfi can be kind of loud so it might drive you nuts
