Sammy Shake

So, I have an 87 samurai soa lift and 31's. She was slow as **** but never had any bad vibes. I traded for a 6.5:1 tcase and after I got it in I went for a quick spin. I was content except for now at 52 mph (GPS) it shakes violently and will damn near throw you out.

So, I check and make sure the tcase mounts aren't fubared, they seem ok. Even swapped them with the other stock ones. Same problem.
Ujoints are ok.
Engine mounts tranny mounts are ok


I apologize for being an idiot but what do I check next ?

Loose shackles or worn out spring bushings. You didn't notice before? Was it because you couldn't go 52?

What is shaking? If all you changed was the tcase did you get the driveshaft out of time? Are the driveshafts at the same angle as before? If the steering is shaking check for slack in steering parts.

As much as your junk sits the tires are prolly comin apart or flat spotted. :flipper:

U have any idear if the shake is Radiating from the front or rear on the Sami or
may be put back the stock t case and go for a spine may be in t case I know the older 6.5 gear were bad about vibration and Winding
