stub snap rings?

little issue-

The 35spline gear that engages the stub shaft is shorter than the stock gear.

So what gives/ Anyone have any ideas on how people make the Warn units work with ford length stubs?

the difference is in the inner gear that engages the stub splines, it is 1/4" shorter on the Warn 35 spl lockout.

So the stock unit is 1.5" and the warn unit is 1.25" What to do? Does anyone have some 35 spline drive slugs the can measure the spline engagement gear for me?

i belive w/ warn hubs you dont use the outer snap ring... you may double check the instructions....
