Superjoint play

Hello I have a brand new yukon axles and joints kit. Got them put together last night. And on just one side of a joint . I have around 1/16 or more play. All ears measures around 2.98 " between. And the snap rings are all on. Any ideas ?

Ears stretched a little on a stub or inner shaft yoke from a previous failure?

Fill them full of the grease that comes with an run them! :****:

Mine have had play for years, even after rebuilding them twice. One was so bad back and forth (not twisting) in a new stub that I tapped the caps in a little further and tacked them.
Grease them well, and grease them often.

I called yukon. And they said they would send me a new joint. But the one that's loose . The ears measures the same as others. Maybe one or both of the caps is machined back more then normal. Thank's

One of mine has play in it like that. I didn't call Yukon I just ordered a rebuild kit maybe it will fix my issue?? My axles/u joints don't have much riding on them either.
