Trail or road driving I don't much mind it either way I took the away bar off my 84 and it flexed a lot better road drivin it ain't that bad

Careful, I actually know of one accident that killed a person because they forgot to hook it up after wheeling. Just saying.
 
put Rancho 5000s on the front and took the swaybar off. now i can stuff the left front tire all the way in the wheel well
 
With new springs you won't miss it. My last one I lifted would take a corner harder (better) than my non lifted 04 Silverado. But, if you have stock springs they've had several years to soften up, depending how wore out all the bushings are and how high the truck sits, could be bad. Real bad.
