Tacoma guys....I need answers!!

Alright so Im removing my stock tcase, out of my 96 2.7 tacoma, I already have my nice shiny new dual cases (gear driven) passenger drop cases to go under, I ordered the trail gear adapter kit and everything works flawless until I start to put the included connecting sleeve in back of tranny and realize, the sleeve adapter fits the front output in the dual cases perfectly but it to large for rear output shaft on tranny....wtf??? It's Sunday and their closed so has anybody else ran into this...

There is a difference i no the 3.4 has a larger shaft thats probably what they sent u i hav one off if u wanna txt me ill giveu t he id,od forthe 3.4...850 382 4209
