I tried the cherry picker method earlier on a 16" deully wheel and it broke the outside bead off. It was not easy but it didn't come easy. I flipped it over and there was no way in hell it was comeing off it kept pulling the tire and wheel through the cherry picker so I said **** this stupid way. And used the rockcrawler and a highlift jack and popes the bead in less than 5 minutes. So that cherry picker didn't work for me and small tires so I said
