does anyone know if the tie rod end that is on the factory pitman arm on ifs stearring boxes is pressed or machined in? Im tryin to figure out if i have to buy a new one or if i can press it out or anything Thx for the info

I believe it is cast in(like no way to remove them). You can get a rod end that fits the taper of the pitman arm end, or you can get a new pitman arm.

i know you can get them out some how. cause you used to have to weld in a new tapered slug for high steer kits. if you want ill sell you another pitman arm with the ball joint from my box im gonna use for my high steer. its seems to be in good condition.

I have an adapter that goes onto a stock arm that goes to tube, I am not using it. Let me know if you are interusted.

thx for all the replies i snagged toyota coreys old one off his box but oh well hopefully the info will help someone in teh future
