Evansville Indiana at Johnson Plastics. But I bought big off fall pieces about 4x4 5/8 thick with a few holes in them for $20 each.

Hdpe should be easy to find just call plastic shops in your area. If you only need 1/2" thick try to find some big cutting boards. Sams has some that are about 20x15 for around $12

I'm finally getting around to doing a skid for the Sammy and was curious where are you guys buying Uhmv ? I half way looked the other night and some of that crap was HIGH !

will post up some pic and sizes I have in morning think may have a gaylord box or two in warehouse.

HDPE from Piedmont Plastics. Sometimes you can call and they will have a mis-cut sheet. I bought a 4'x7' sheet 1/2" thick for $90

Just an FYI, based on my experience. The white stuff is virgin material and is softer then the black, which is recycled stuff, but for some reason it holds up better. I ran both side by side on the last buggy and the difference was surprising.

Random question: what exactly is Delrin plastic? Frame sliders for sportbikes (in case of crash) are made of Delrin. Tough ****.

Delrin is slightly different. It has lower friction, but significantly more expensive
