Hammers PRERUN..

Yea it was killed but that guy is Fred Williams from Petersons and he was a cool guy. Wish I had been staying another day to wheel with him. He said he might be down the next time I go. I have more pictures on myspace.com/fidyrida

My favorite buggy had all chromoly, TIG welded chassis, aluminum smallblock, MOG-9 axles(4 wheel steer), the guy that built it is a teacher at The Fab School, and all the welds were flawless.:awesomework:

This one?

Time is not really allowing pictures too much. I hope Partrick is taking some but right now all I care about is him building cause it needs to be done in about 45 days now tick tock tick tock..:whip: :awesomework: Thanks for the compliment for sure. I am so excited for this race and to see what happens with racing and my future. Keep watching and I will post more pics here.

Like the bottom of the frame allowing the axle to travel up farther?

yes, buts its hard to tell from the pics without the links motor etc.

Because from the pics shown I have no idea where the axle tubes are going to sit at ride height compared to the belly pan lower frame rails/tubes. But if the rigs going to sit low with relatively flat lower links I'd think you'll need more.

Whats your planned ride height and up/down travel?

In that pic there is 9" between top of axle tube and frame, travel will be 6-7" up, 8-7" down. Full compression the axle will be at 3-2" from the front tube.
