Yeah for sure. I was thinking of building one myself with 79 bronco axles. You plan to swap out the front axle?? easiest swap would probably be a early bronco fron d44 but would make your bolt patterns diffrent.. I like it keep up the work. I had a ranger on 35's and they didnt have alot of tread and the front end was stressed for sure.. :awesomework:

Telepathic steering? :fawkdancesmiley: It looks like most of the rest is done (at least for now). :awesomework:

What size are those Iroks? They look huge compared to the BII chassis. And I like the interior camo - "It's like the truck just disappears and I'm one with the trail." :haha:

YES THATS IT -TELEPITHY STEARING ! NO ive got some work left to obviosly ,the are 37" irocs bias i am starting on the long radius arms next, and am in the middle of building the stearing column ,should be another 72 hrs of work then i can find the weak spots, get all the bugs worked out. ya know .:masturbanana[1]:

:haha: So..I'm just playin but....
Have you ever considered changing your screen name. I mean, if you're really a dessert runner and chase down desserts like cake or brownies, cool... But if you like to play in the sand, that's a desert............:eeek:

the beef is still being built its siting on the bench still twikin on it . i am building the truss for the 8.8 thats why ive been debating between the 9" or yota? but I am a purist and want to keep the blood lines ya know ! the 8.8/d35 were the most logical swap due to they bolt right in . they are out of a 95 explorer w the 4.0L ,I wasnt able to aquire the motor/tranny it was already pulled . the 2.9L does the trick for now . as for dessert vs desert - dessert is when your skinny pedals stuck to the floor boards with robby gordon bumpin your trail looking to pass and that in its self is sweeeeet man !!!! desert- is what your pickin out of your shorts at the end of the day when the dust settles and thats not so sweet ! I still have to fab the skid plate to protect the innerds ... :stirpot: :stirpot: :stirpot:

YES ! IT BECOMES ONE WITH THE TRAIL AND SETS IT ABLAZE! I HAVE TO INSTALL THE HYPERDRIVE NEXT ! THEN IT WILL GO TO THE NEXT FRONTIER. BEAM ME UP SCOTTY!:fawkdancesmiley: :haha: NOW GO HAVE A BEER!

That tube work is :rb: What kind of fly-by-night exhaust shop did that for you? :eeek:

no thats the stock stuff you see right now , the beef is on the bench being fabbed up for trail abuse , i havent pushed the stock stuff to the full breaking point just exploding hubs thats why i am doing the build up

Good lookin' build, but why all that work, and still TTB? I am a huge Ford fan, and have owned MANY TTB rigs (still have 1...D35TTB) and TTB brings the suck... why not just find a D44 for the front and call it a day???

trial and error , I am still tweeking out the bugs but I believe I can get it to work well on the trails . eventually I probably will convert to a solid axel but for now still playin with what is was built with , the engineers designed it to work , I am going to design it to work better , or at least attmpt to to so. I like the stearing radius that it affords me , vs - say a yota or jeep. I like to run with things different from the rest of the pack. thats whats makes it fun to me ya know what i mean.:stirpot:
