Shows what you know:rolleyes:

cherokee+snorkle=UNSTOPPABLE!!:awesomework:

You forget I used to have a snorkel. I wouldn't be worried about water in the engine. I would be more worried about the force of the water pushing you down stream or rolling it over and killing everyone inside.

Wheres the video of the wrangler that went for a ride and then got burried in the river?

John I think you missed the point. Its the cherokee that is unstopable. Nobody cares about the gay TJ that got burried

I will post afew more pics

I havemore of a Rubicon hitting the same spot. No, I not back out. YOu will see from the other pics I will post up in about 30 min. In this pic my 14 yo son was in the driver seat. Did the same hole 5 times........rare we get to play in a spot we can trust to not get washed away. oHHHHHHH & the KNIK tj WAS A BIG thing & less than 60 miles form Anchorage. I was part of the recovery of the big green Dodge 1500 that was stuck in the same river! Good team work to get that one free of sure doom! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=422oskQuusM This is not the same time as the pic but you can get n idea of the speed of the water. Not that bad for the weight of my XJ.

That's terrible practice of environmental etiquette. You both should be ashamed of yourselves. What about the Salmon!?!

*pants away flustered with nose in air*

Damn thats deep. Not as bad as I thought looking at the video as the pic. I used to be into the deep water crap but even my snorkel didn't save me one time.

No Salmon here in this creek. It's quite a ways in from any main body of water & this creek would never hold the amount of flow all season to suport any big fish IMO. There are many other trails we have to keep an eye on crossings as well as get permits.

This spot is about 100 miles from Anchorage. Most of the water is only hub deep most of the time. :cheer:

Very cool. a few years back I flew up around turkey day to visit dozer and we went out and wheeled a bit. I just loved it up there and I can see why he never came back,lol...
