Here is goes. The truck last time out had a little difficulty with a couple things and so I pulled it into the shop to think about what I was going to do. The main goal was to lower the truck a couple of inches. Seams easy. Well not really, So after many hours of sitting there going over different ideas and the plusses and minuses of the idea. I went for it. First was the frame tubes. I use to have a tube welded to the bottom of the frame

Then the drive lines were almost bottomed out so I built a new transfer case cross member and ended up with almost flat across the bottom of the frame 1.5 inches drop off the bottom of the frame

Then the front axle, I moved it forward 1

were did you order the bead locks from ?

Rhino on the board here
It is a great product. They come in 2 halfs that you have to weld together to make the full ring, But that is easy. They are really nice product, 1/4" inner and 5/16 outer
