• Help Support Hardline Crawlers :

The new "Crashfab"

As long as your happy with it that's all that matters. Always gratifying to try something new and be happy with the results.:awesomework:

I was really shooting for perfection but after a bit I realized that wasn't going to happen--I was asking too much of myself. But I did get a decent outcome that I am ok with.

But now I get get outlets/switch's done and lights installed.

And let there be light.... Another step made... :awesomework:

I got another full day's work in it today.

I got the back wall insulated and plywood up. I went with 3/4 plywood on the back wall so I can easily mount anything to it.

I also got all the cat6 cable ran to the location of the router.

I also made a way to get up to the loft. In the other shop you gotta grab a ladder to get to the lofts and that drives me bonkers, lol.

I went with 12" spacing on the steps since all my other ladders are the same way and it works perfect.

One last thing for the loft was a little light so I can see what the heck I am doing. :redneck:

So all thats left for the loft is to figure out what insulation I wanna use and some plywood then its ready. I need to start going thru my other shop/packing and put the loft to use here soon.

Time to get the wood trim done. This was my first time doing this and it ended up pretty decent. When I cleaned the shop I had found bob had gotten one of those pull down window covers for the window so of course I was going to use it.. :awesomework:

The entry door was never fully installed on the door knob side. It took a little work to get it where it needed to be.

The wood trim around the door was a little tougher and ended up pretty decent. It sure cleaned up around the door though and I did find a couple spots where the sheetrock meets the wood that I could have done a little better job.

So I got the ceiling all insulated finally since the rain hit and I can't work on the new pasture.

I got some plywood and finished the loft. I gave the section facing the stalls a lip. But its all ready to store stuff and time to go thru the other shop and figure out what I am going to hold onto.

Yup, got one hung off the hoist (christmas present last yr)...The unit works well for what it is (I would buy another), but the hose it comes with sucks, and started leaking in 3 months...I replaced it with Parker hose, and haven't had any issue since...:awesomework:
