U4 vs bouncers at koh??

Honestly think the race will be won in the beginning section of the course. With the long wheelbase most bouncers have it won't be a problem I see them all one shoting it.

I know videos can be deceiving, but I'm just going to go ahead and say that it looks like every bouncer has that ledge without issue.

He has Chicky Bartons old Jimmys 4x4 Single seater. Chicky came in 3rd last year with it.

I seen this rig in October at windrock . Said he was from north Carolina and was running king of hammers this year.

anybody know anything about it?

Talked to him in Hot Springs last year at the qualifier race. HEALTHY engine in it. Very well built rig. As with all the rigs, if it can hold together it will be fast.

There is a build thread on pirate but I can't remember the name at the moment.

Michael Bergman. Very nice, very well built rig. But its heavy, like 6000#. Most Ultra4 cars are under 4400#, which is the weight limit to have a 1.75" structure. That's a LSX 454 in there.

Lots of details here:

There is a saying "bet with you head, not your heart"... I would much rather see Tanner, L.C. or a guy from the east win this event. My heart is in the east. But if I had to put money on the event I would bet someone that has more suspension tuning and is more familiar with the area. Randy Slawson maybe???

Wonder what LC victory speech would be like?
