Alright, this is my first build thread I have ever did.
Here's how my rig last ended it's life after several rebuilds.

After the tear down I sourced the frame rails from Jamie on a project we started but never finished. Also got the sweet .625 4x8 steel table from him. Here is the engine and trans mounted.

As it sits now

Axles are located and currently waiting on seats to get my width. I needed some fat boy seats, XRR hooked me up with some Corbeau ultras wide. I have started receiving some of my parts now.
Picked my material up this week 1.750 hrew and a couple sticks of 1.50 for sleeving some of the areas that take more abuse.

Re: Bamatoys Buggy Build "Goat v2.3"

Front axle cleaned up waiting on my Artec truss.
Rear link bar sleeved to prevent bending.1595/uy4u.jpg[/IMG] I am using the trail gear engine mounts, makes it alittle easier to remove compared to just using the bushing and tabs normally used.
Picked a saw from Mo because I hate using a chop saw, and a tube notcher from Jamie. Notcher is great for straight notches. Also picked up an aluminum rad. and fan from Jegs and speedway.

Re: Bamatoys Buggy Build "Goat v2.3"

Imageshack dont like my new phone and it wont let me upload any photos. I have made some progress and will find a way to get the pics up this weekend.

Re: Bamatoys Buggy Build "Goat v2.3"

Download Tapatalk Pro on yer smart phone and problem is solved. I haven't used photobucket's peice of shart site to post pics at all since I downloaded Tapatalk Pro. Simple option to attach unlimited pics as IMG codes just like photobucket/imageshack, way easier, and you don't have to leave hardline to crosspost links. Click attach, select picture, submit, boom.

Now we'll go with "that just sounds too complicated, I'll stick with imageshack" if you are looking for an excuse for lack of progress.... :flipoff1:

Jammer, got to lose the dual cases tho. I could make it work but it would makes for an less comfortable riding position.

Function over comfort! Haha. So one yota case with 4.7 kit? Call you Mr. Wheelspeed! ;D

Re: Bamatoys Buggy Build "Goat v2.3"

Yup, I almost never run the front case unless I am cruising around in 2wd. I have more to gain losing the case.
