Ive gotten alot of pm's about this so I figured I'd just post it. Feel free to comment. Yes it does rattle, but only on rare occasions when flexed. Yes I had help doing it(thanks Donny) No, it doesn't tansfer heat to the body. The sleave seems to disipate the heat very well....

The Idea was to be able to remove bumper so you'll notice we sleeved the bumper seprate from the body. the gap between the 2 sleeves is about an 1/8 inch.

Dude thats big pimpin!! Looks good. I'm sure with some more thinking you can get rid of the rattle.

Like I said It's Rare, But i did get rid of it till the header wrap fell out.:D Also I didn't want a big space between the 2 pipes so i knew I was taking a chance.
 
I saw his jeep in person yesterday. I HATE jeeps but that would be one i would drive. Very nice rig.
