Had a bad tire on my trailer so today I changed it out. One of the studs broke off when I tried to remove the nut. 5 lug 3500lb axle...... I want to use the trailer this weekend and probably won't have time to fix it before then. Anyone have experience driving a car trailer with a stud missing...

Who has the mad tig welding skills? I have a aluminum cooler that I need welded. It's a radiator style cooler and the tanks on it are very thin. It's also an expensive cooler so I don't want it screwed up........Anyone here who could do this or know of a shop who could? Prefer north end...

I need to put tubes in 265 70R17 tires and the closest size I can find is this265-65 R17 tube. This tube should only be 1/2" smaller O.D. so I think it should work. Anyone know for sure?:eeek:

P.P.E. or Personal Protective Equipment. It's very important that while we all volunteer for work parties that we use proper PPE. I was just looking over some pictures of recent work parties posted on the web and half of the people in the pictures don't have proper PPE. PPE could include basics...

I went to the DNR volunteer training today and was disapointed to find only 21 people showed out of 60 who signed up. Luckily the room we had today didn't cost extra to accomodate the people who were expected. I talked to Christine and she said if more people had signed up the next bigger...

I'm trying to ID a lift on a 97 TJ. It looks to be a 4" or so and the components are a darker color like grey....Where could I find maybe part numbers or something to help ID this stuff?

My new links. Uppers are 1-1/2" .250 wall DOM. Lowers are 1-3/4" x.375 wall 4130 chromo hardened to RC 39. All have 2 1/2"Currie Johny joints with 3/4" through bolts. :cool:

Jeepdude Jay, Ben W and myself went wheeling yesterday and were apparently the first four wheelers to have been at funny rocks this year. Talk about snow and lots of it. Great day of wheeling and I'm so sun burnt.:D
