    1996 Ford F350

Did you check over the fuses under the hood as well? I will have to look for the wiring diagram for mine. I have one around somewhere...

    What did you break today?!?!!

I am averaging a front axle for every trip to Walker. 1 on the first test run, two on the last. But I think I have them fixed, just need to get my transmission to stop leaking out of somewhere so I don't break that up there as well. Oh, and two new dents. The paint is still good, it hurts...

    Samurai bomb proof t-case mounts...

They have a clone of the snatch from ZOR. Square stock instead of tube. :D

    Samurai bomb proof t-case mounts...

Another issue with the solid mounts is you get a lot of noise translated to your frame. I used the Rocky Road one, which is just some poly spacers and a bolt going through. As long as you have some fender washers on each end to stop the bolts from pulling through it worked fine. Make sure you...

    Samurai shifter fix kit...

Then one side can unscrew itself when going into 1st to reverse and the other can unscrew when going from reverse to 1st!

    One ARB...

I have run the ARB front setup in my SJ and now in the White Rabbit Tracker. Works fine as long as you keep your tires small enough. When I borrowed the 37's for my SJ there was just to much jumping around when going around a corner on pavement. Not that I wouldn't mind running Dual ARB's...

    Samurai shifter fix kit...

On my SJ and my brothers old Sammy for the sloppy shifter I upgraded to a larger bolt and a new top shifter housing. Hawk used to sell them, looks like Trail Tough still does...

    203 degree thermostat for powerstroke

Mileage change was really a wash for me. But it's hard to tell when you have a camper on top as well as that just eats up your mileage. The 96 temp gauge is pretty inaccurate anyway, I think there is a hack out there to make it read properly.

    Hey Zuki guys...

If nothing else give Trail Tough a call. Then ended up with most of Hawks old inventory so they have just about every Suzuki part ever made now.

    What do you carry?

I can't use most of your spare parts anymore. It's annoying. :D The only reason I know what's in my rig is I just went through it the day before.

    What do you carry?

Good news, the second one does work off a cig lighter! :D Is it any good?

North Fork is an option? That was fun back in the day, but I'm pretty sure it isn't open anymore. :D

    Sami ?'s and ideas

A tow rig is nice if you plan on bending up the sheet metal to a point that you can't run the windshield. If you already have the toys I can't fault you for putting them in. Being able to remove the entire top half of the rig really helps when bending the cage. :P

    Sami ?'s and ideas

Toyota axles are a toss-up now that you can get chromoly front and rear from Trail Tough. Unless you plan on an engine swap the stock axles with some backspace wheels should do you fine. A bigger engine swap then the 1.6 anyway. As for the 1.6, put a shogun or kicker 3 in there. Dual t-case...

    rocky daihatsu anyone run one?

There is one on Craigslist up in Bellingham that has been there for at least a month that is down to 2K asking price, if that means anything. :D

    Mattracks on the samurai

Where they for a Sammy or did you adapt them from another rig?

Small wheelers?? whats available? what would you Build?

You could go with a 2 door Tracker build. Still a bit on the heavy side though, they start around 2,400 lbs for the 2 doors. But you could throw Trail Toughs new 'Undertaker' reduction box on it and some stock Toyota axles and be set for 33" tires.
