This is what I picked up today.
1999 Mazda B3000, 5sp, 87,000...4dr cab plus, loaded, canopy, etc. Nice truck. Should make for a better start than what I had even though it's only a 3.0litre.
As for suspension, depends on the truck. I'm going to look at a 99 Mazda, 95Ranger and a 01 Ranger tomorrow. Honestly if I were to go custom I wouldn't do twin I beam anyway. I'd rather have custom A arms. The only reason the twin is so popular is there's a low buck(if there's such a thing as...
That was fast. I sold the Mazda today. The guy is picking it up Monday morning after swinging by the bank.

Got the Bumper finished up today. Went back to the stock tailights dur to breaking one(reason for beefing up bumper). Here's some shots with crappy paint till I have time to re-powdercoat.

My parts for a 9/60 are almost here. I think it's a great idea. If you go to the trouble I would recomend shaving the housing while your at it. This is were the 9 shines over the 60's pumpkin. Also beyond them being custom length the inner shafts are not a big deal. Just call Moser, Currie...
