    brake calliper issues....

And people don't understand why I hate single piston calipers. :haha: :haha: Is the piston retracting and just the other pad rubbing? If it's not, your master is out of adjustment or wrong type and has too much residual pressure.

    Battery chargers

Normal cheap chargers hold too high a voltage and will boil off a battery's electrolyte in no time. If you use one with a flooded cell battery you need to watch the levels and keep it topped off. Sealed and AGM (like optima) batteries will be permanently damaged.

Toyota Dual Cases - School Me

Yes, same. Only difference might be the bend/angle but that can be changed easily.

Toyota Dual Cases - School Me

Shift rails are different from top and front shift, you need the correct set for the rear case. All you really need is the aluminum casting and the shifter parts, the gears are all new if you're using lower than stock gears. Then you slap the rear half of your transfercase onto the back of all that.

Some of the Dodge units have syncro on reverse, all of them are fully sync'd in the forward gears. Reverse synchro is nice, my Dodge has it in it's G56 and it makes 547 point turns go a lot quicker. :redneck:
