    Tractor grapple

Yeah, I’ll need to figure out this picture rotation thing.. Yes, it’s a yanmar 2010. It’s been a great little tractor for running a brush hog. Been trying to find more ways to put it to use..

    Tractor grapple

Thanks. Yes, more common for skid steers. Think that’s where I got the idea.. And it works great, so far.

    Tractor grapple

No pictures of the loader control valve, but I swapped it out for a 3 valve, instead of the existing 2 valve. And added a couple quick connects so I can take the grapple off and put the bucket back on.

    Tractor grapple

Not into the 4 wheeling thing really. But thought I’d do a build thread anyways. I wanted something to help rip out sticker bushes. This is what I came up with. Not a ton of pics and I’m doing this from my phone..

    bending hard brake line?

Old thread. I'm thinking about buying a flaring, bending kit to work on some brake lines. Looking for recommendations on a decent kit. Looking online, prices range from $400 to the $30 harbor freigh special. Looking to spend, say $ 100, what brand would you get??

    Wheeler only parking

I like the structure, but agree that snow is going to wreak havoc. You don't want the weight pinched there between yer buildings..

    Project samurai repair and replace

Hey, since you got the body tore down that far, any rust you haven't cut out I'd cover with Corroseal. It stops rust, or at the very least slows it way down. It paints on milky white and turns black as it chemically bonds with the rust. It's not cheap but it's cool stuff. One thing though...

    Shops setup for air!!!!!

Bump, Has anyone here had experience with PVC pipe failing and exploding? Digging around the internet you can find plenty of folks that say not to use it for compressed air, but examples of it failing seem to be joints not secured properly or the pipe being struck by something. There's 1/2"...

    tacoma rust

Save your coin and build a shop. I don't know anything about those new trucks either. But I do know you'll be more happy having a nice place to work on your junk, rather than spending the money on a new truck with lots of frame rust.

    Battery talk

Good info in here. Slight hyjack of the battery thread but I'd like to keep the discussion going. What's the best battery to use in a dump trailer? Pretty standard stuff, not a huge trailer, basic 12v pump, one cylinder... Difference between a deep cycle vs. marine battery? Best to run 2...

    toyota rearends 2wd 4wd

I gota ask. Why? Why not look for another subaru rear end, if the one you have is broken? something that will bolt right up easy.

    2 Stroke vs. 4 Stroke

for putting around slow on the trails, hands down, 4 stroke is the way to go. you have more control over the engine at lower RPMs. 2 stroke will run like a dog until you hit the power band, then your up and haul'n ass. 4 stroke you have more consistent power throughout the RPM range.
