No he's been playing musical vehicles since we got back from the hardline ride. Came and got the sploder and left his Nissan then came and got the Nissan and left the f250. His parking bill is gonna be outrageous. Lol.

Are you gonna leave the greasy trans in it :flipoff1:

With his money he will have it " detailed " before it is installed for good. :flipoff1:

:flipoff1: it'll get pressure washed. I didn't see any reason in wasting good brake cleaner on it.

Your exactly right. With my money (none) cleaning is near free.

Re:

He's busy trying to decide whether he wants 14 karat or 24 karat gold skid plates.

I told him just to do 14 karat on the skid plate and let the 24 karat drive shafts do the rest of the bling.

I didn't take any pics last night but I got the steering valve mounted and I am having the lines made today for my steering. Not much left before I can fire it up, move it and take it to the exhaust shop.

I'll take some tomorrow. I'm gonna work some then. Had **** to do this evening. Like lay on the couch and take a nap. :flipoff1:

I'm not sure how many of y'all have tried to tig weld an AN6 male fitting to the end of a cut off power steering line but that was kinda difficult and I suck at tig welding. Had to practice for a minute before I attempted.

I'm a little surprised you're not running a trans cooler with a fan. Is that just for room or not really necessary?

I may fun multiple coolers for the trans. I have a temp gauge so I guess we will see what it does on a shakedown on the property.

I don't have a tig but that could make building hard lines convenient if you are successful at it.

It was tricky but it wasn't too bad. As long as it will hold lol

Steering is bled and operational!!! I have to machine out my tie rods tonight and tap and Ill have fully functioning steering. I'm getting so close now I can't wait.

Today was my last day of work until August and I was gone by 10am. Time for my buggy to get some serious time put in now. Got the brakes plumbed and the rear bled out. Waiting on a new brake hose for the front right. Also got the fair lead holes cut, drilled, tapped and welded in. I have a ton of finish welding to do still. It's supposed to go back to the chassis builder Friday for the interior so a lot has to be done this week.
