I have a set of 17" steel allied/raceline beadlocks with steel rings and was looking to dress them up a bit. The plain small replacement aluminum rings sell for about $100 a piece. Is there anyone that could make me a similar style ring like a wide trailready or scalloped omf while not costing as much as just buying some bling rims? I'd also like the bolt heads counter sunk to minimize damage to them.

I get my rings from Darryl Jones at Custom Tint and OffRoad.... Reasonable prices with several different styles to pick from

I was just looking for the same thing, my steel rings on my raceline are in need of replacement. I only found one shop doing anything and it was the pic on the right above.

OMF just got back with me. They quoted $149.95 per ring in natural aluminum finish and flush bolts with $19.95 addition for polishing or powder coating. These are the styles I have to choose from, I'm leaning towards the scalloped or phaze 8. What's everyone's opinion? The wheels are black steel with probably natural aluminum finish rings.

The phaze8 looks pretty cool. What's up with the hardware protectors?
They call them rock domes. They come plain or stars to protect the bolts if you don't get the flush mount rings. From what I heard they get mangled good so you would definitely want some sort of cap head screws because people have had to cut them off to get to regular bolt heads.

Yeah like a idiot I bought the bolt protectors and after 2 easy rides and couple are mashed to the point that a socket won't fit on em

You can buy a set of KMC aluminum beadlocks shipped for about $1100 from Sunfire and sell your steelies. No way I would put $700 into them.. that's just dumb

I've been figuring that too. Plus the suck of breaking them down just to switch the lock rings. I'd need rims with 3.50 -3.75 bs to clear the links and shocks though.

Call Go-forth for racelines prices. He is the cheapest around. And raclines are a better quality than kmc. Kmc just drills and taps the aluminum for the bolts. Raceline actually has stell time-certs that are kick ass.
