anyone got a napa part # or suggestion for a 5-7# (low pressure) electric fuel pump for a carb'd engine.

i am about to ditch the 300 CFM holley pro-jection i have and get a 351 CFM MC Carb. since i have everything wired for an electric fuel pump, might as well stay that route instead of going back to mechanical fuel pump.

is this in the right ball park???

Yup. Those Holleys are good pumps, I used to run the blue on my RX-7 with my Weber. I'm running the Carter Street/Strip pump on my truck with my Weber, although its the 2nd one Ive had to put on it (and this one has been flakey a couple times), so I dunno how I feel about them.

Ive got a Holley manual fuel pressure regulator and gauge mounted under the hood as well so I can keep it at the 4 PSI I need. Works nice. The Holley "blue" pump I used to run comes with the regulator too (just need a gauge), which is kinda nice. Or you can order the regulator separately.

Heres a link to the blue:

I'm running that fuel pump, its been on my truck for probably 4 or 5 years now. Its all faded and dull now from sitting out in the weather but that thing works great.

I had water in my fuel cell (bad gasket) and used it to empty the tank. With no restriction on it, it was filling 5 gallon buckets quicker then I could keep up with. And it will push alot more then 7#s so get a good fuel pressure gauge and a regulator.

P60430 napa part # ,,,, there a gerater ,<sp> style so it will eat mud and still live ..... 4/6 psi is all you need .... comes with a filter 3012 mounted on it

finished the carb last night. went with a 351 CFM MC Carb with the holley red 4-7 PSI electric pump, it runs 110x's better than before. anyone wanna buy a holley 300 CFM Pro-jection kit w/adapter for a .258 :redneck:
