You sir are correct. These were the cheapest cost... longest wait... highest minimum order quantity... Sloppy job on sealant around lens/housing. Moving these things quick. Not going to re order...

I will explore 1 or 2 more suppliers for samples and hope to get some things rolling by mid-late September on a larger order...

Not as bright as the 12"---different supplier and the 12" has 2x the amount of LED's. These are still pretty bright though (see photo).

Rob, when you say "sloppy job on the sealant" are you refering to the vendor did that ****? or you and one night at The Flats afterwards? Either way, HeLeN kELlEr and a quart of KY Jelly could have done a cleaner job than that. I can see why you would be pissed. That **** looks like a 60's porn movie ending. molaugh

The light itself looks great, just the finish came up short.

The housing is really stout, nice mounting brackets and I really like the black faced lens..... However, the KY Jelly effect and poor delivery performance kills any desire for me to buy volume. Movin' on

All of them are made out of little 2" x2" squares of LED's, how bright you want is how wide you buy. I'd bet his hook up makes a square, and I know they're out there, they're on the front of that amazing maui Matt bronco build.

It's possible.. Look at the Rigid Dually. That's the size you would probably want. This is a slow go right now---I need to find the right supplier before dropping a wad of cash on a high volume order.. And it's not worth ordering one or two items at a time from over there, shipping low quantities is expensive/negates any savings from going with the big companies.

My ol' man flew to China Sunday for some unrelated business, but I've got him searching for lights..... Hoping to get some more leads.
