Front hoop is about 95% finished. Just need to tie it into the shock hoops :cheer: I would have done it tonight, but sweating like a pig for 3 straight days in the garage is enough.

Little anti slip for the sliders

Braced the front hoop to the shock mounts and also made to be removable so Jim can easily pull the front hoop out of the way

Also added some extensions on the bumper ends

It's not really empty because the garage is getting a deep clean and there is a nice pile of garbage now :fawkdancesmiley:

LOL your Jeep only left a small mess. The big mess was years of built up crap!!! Glad the tire held and you didn't have to change it again.

thinking real hard about doing the front fenders. would get rid of the flare problem. Let me get the radiator in and grill set then we can look again

Finaly

Finaly got back to being able to get some work done on the Jeep:cheer: Got the heater mounted in place (mohave) and built the dash this weekend. In the pics. Dash as it was . Kinda hacked up from a few years of use:booo: So I hacked out the rest of it to make room for the new dash. This made it a lot easier to get the heater in place at the same time:cheer: I made the dash out of a piece of etched aluminum from wilsonart that I had left over from a job I did a while back. I used a piece of 16 gauge aluminum for a backer since the etched stull is like 24 gauge. All put together and I like the look. Still need to make the switch panel (hole). The switch panel will be hinged at the bottom to allow access to the fuse panel that will be mounted behind it.

What's the lever for on the left side of the dash? And what's the bottom of that center bar off the dash bar attach too?
