Price analysis

Since I am in Houston Texas, and too far for most, I figured this would be a great place to ask.
What would be a top price to ask for my rig that would be a fair price to me and the buyer?
Thinking about cheating and buying a sxs. I have doing the Jeeping thing for over 20 years and looking for something different.

Been seeing several built similar with an LS for low 30s, so I would say high 20s for sure. Gathering parts to build one very similar now and figure I'll have Mid to upper 20s in it when completed.

I was thinking/hoping 20k so list it at 22?
Stickies, ORI's, and Atlas are worth $10k.
But you never know what you get after it's been built. The reason I was asking.

As far as location goes, Houston is far (from middle Tennessee anyway), but I've driven to cental Missouri, central Texas, central Indiana, and northern Arkansas to buy things that I've wanted so aint nothing but windshield time for the right item.

From prices I've been seeing recently, I wouldn't hesitate to list it for 25k OBO, choose a number and take any offer over that.

Good looking rig with a good parts list. You shouldn't have any trouble selling.

I would agree with the mid 20k mark. It is a good parts list, especially if in good shape.
