rhino tailgate

Need some ideas on how to fix the tail gate on my rhino. All the hinges are broken. Hate to buy a new tailgate. Figured someone else has came up with a good fix. Thanks.

A previous owner used hardware hinges on my 09. Looks like they welded on both sides. If you have the open tailgate (no metal on the inside) maybe able to bolt it to the plastic with some large washers.
