Subaru redo " Walker Wheeler"

last year I put this thing together and ran it a few times , now its time to redo a few things, the engines going back up front in the stock local, also will trade in the 30 tires for some 33 Swampers if you have a set to sell or maybe 34" , and I have a Dana transfercase I may be using , I have a Taco rear in it will be swappin it out for a older pickup rearend with 4.10s as thats what the front subaru gears are , Im in need of some 4.10 gears and a locker for a yota rear if you have one , I want to make the changes as I want this thing streetable and also want the passenger seat back, will also up grade the engine frome the 1.8 to the EJ2.2 heres the Transfercase, I dont have a clue what it is it says DANA on the side I got it out of a Datsun pickup someone had converted, what is it? and can I put some lower gears in that case?

I SEEN THAT AT THING @ WALKER ONE TIME,IVE ONLY BEEN THERE ABOUT 4X'S I BELIEVE IT HAD THE MOTOR IN FRONT WHEN I WAS THERE I WAS IN MY POLARIS RANGER SCOPING THINGS OUT.COOL RIG:awesomework:

had a red doner wagon so the front clip got welded on got the Allied Armament bumper from my brothers blue car, will be adding the rear trunk back on but dovetailed with tubing , then sliders and externel cage , got a toyota front axle that will come later after I beat this baby a bit,

will be looking for a set of 34" swampers soon

Have access to a bender---It's currently in Sedro, and have to go pick it up tomorrow am. (thanks Toyzuki!)....It's got a 1.75" die IIRC...

got the new axle all mounted up redesigned the setup so the front pivot point is up high, center of car nothing is lower then 2" from stock body , will eventually install a center body skid panel

hook up rear brakes
rear shocks
exhast

rear sheetmetel work
rear trunk lid
tidy up interior
external rollcage
winch front and rear
air cylinders on rear axle to control movement

later yet

add toyota front axles and a set of NEW tires

took it out to walker, now Im ready to redo the front axle, stock subbie stuff going away I plan to mount up the toyota axle with the jeep cherokee front link and coil system, Im under a deadline as I want to take it to walker on the 17th march

OK Im ready to weld up a early toyota diff , I have the 3rd out on the bench ready to weld, just one Question can I go ahead and weld it up of should I insert the axle splines to help keep it posotioned while I weld ?
