Trailer laws

Looking for the rules on flat bed tralers,safty features,brakes,ect....I tried Washington laws and regulations,but looking through that is wow.Any help would be good.:corn:

If you go to this page there is a search feature at the bottom to search the WACs and RCWs. The search engine is painful to use also but easier than just looking through endless pages of crap.

Pretty basic, you'll need fenders, lighting including 3 center lights if it's over 90" wide I think it is overall. Safety chains, battery, breakaway box and brakes on both axles.
