Where to ride next weekend??? I don't wanna freeze my nuts off

It's cold in south Ga. But I'm hell bent on heading north next weekend. Friend just sent pics of snow an 15* temps in Sparta Tennessee. I've never wheeled in the snow.... Who knows might be fun. My other option is chocco or Stoney lonesome in Alabama. What's it lookin like in Alabama????
If u had to pick a direction to go. Where would u ride this weekend. An not be soak an wet in a buggy???? I know a lot can change in a week but what's it lookin like in north Alabama????
