Shakedown run Sunday 7/11/2010 Walker

So when did that trail get opened up? I have been talking with Jim about it but he keeps saying "we'll look into it but don't hold your breath" and now I am seeinga new trail through there?

it was a fun day, and sams yota did good.

hopely sam will fix the little issue with the air intake tub coming off. i could be wrong but i don't think he likes the boggers that much.

Some silicone on the intake tube should fix that right up, not use to this EFI crap my intake air hose fell off and couldnt figure out why it kept dieing, oh duh is got a MAF sensor to control fuel, pop it back on and boom runs like a champ dur da dur:haha:

Boggers suck big time they are going bye bye as soon as i can afford it:awesomework:

I do know the locaton you are at and that is not an authorized trail (atleast not the last time I spoke with Jim) I wouldn't go back in there again... but do what you want...

Thats what i get for not knowing the area:mad: Mental note added and wont happen again i apologize! Thanks for letting me know Scott! Next time you should show me around:awesomework:

I was worried about that part falling offf.

Ya it did but it lasted most of the day actually, and after retightening the clamp it stayed on in the roll over:eeek: Going to get RTV right now and some other things to fix the rig up and clean up the mess inside from gear oil :awesomework:

Nice:awesomework:how many times ya roll ,were's the trail ?

just one roll:awesomework:

Hows the exo? It looks flattened:corn: Sucks that happened on your first run out.

Its actually just fine suprisingly enough, two tubes got kinked a little on a big boulder but thats it really, it looks crushed cause it landed in a big pile of sticks lol. Ya it sucks but now i know my rigs limits a little better! learn from it :awesomework:

Sam, Mike, I know the plan was to squeeza a V-6 in there. What ended up in there after all this time?

I would have loved to have had a 4.3 V6 in it but it just wasnt feasable at the time so we went with a barely used 22RE built by trainwreckinseattle:awesomework:

Motor rips pretty damn good too the RV style cam in it helps on the low end of things a lot i really like it so far:awesomework:

Hey Sam I know it's a hard habit to break but you really should try to keep your arm inside the rig more when you're wheeling. Jacob drives a pavement pounder so he doesn't matter.:flipoff:
Rig looks good and Scott is just bitter because he hasn't been wheeling lately.:fawkdancesmiley:
