OK, Figured since I am actually taking pictures of a build up for once I would start a thread. Building her for chasing Larry at the Hammers and racing here in the pnw.

Staring with a yj frame I picked up from my cousin. Put a 4 inch box across the front in place of the bumper and added some shackle hangers from Ruffstuff. Placed the front spring hangers 11 inches forward of stock and am using YJ rears sprung over up front.

Planning on a 4 link with Ballistic air shocks out back. Axles will be full width 44 and 14 bolt locked up with 5.13 gears. Tires will be 35 inch tsl's or 37 inch rockers. I have a 383 well north of 400 hp and a turbo 350 with a 205 that will be twin sticked.

Need to figure out who has the mold be cause I want to run a long flatfender body like Bob (Billy Bob's Offroad) is running on his race rig.

Got Lots of cutting, welding and grinding left to do and get it either to Crash or Those Guys for the tube work at the end of the summer. That is if I dont try it myself.

This is gonna be a long summer, not much wheeling for me this year:mad:

Lookin good so far Dave. Hope to see that thing looking more like a rig here in the next couple months. Call me if you need help..

I think Dan Bowers in the webfooters has the mold for the long body. Rob Stafford has the medium one I believe.

Thanks Jim, I thought it was Dan that had it. I will have to jump over to the pnw board and see what kind of lead time I am gonna have.
