Big green remodel

I like the arms Kelly...:awesomework:

I've been thinking of how I want to build some for mine that are double shear...

Now I got some pics to steal/model my ideas from...:redneck:

Know what I like about Kelly's toy? First, it's unique. No one else has a Dodge Lime Green Power Wagon out on the trails. It's not that loud, but still, you can hear it from afar and say, "Hey, That's Kelly!"

I like how he puts all this time, and money, into his rig, and then goes and beats the living snot out of it! And without tearing the trails up with it.

I think its cool he brings his kid (I think) out and has a day of it. The one time I saw him out, for a clean up day, I don't think he yelled at her once because she did something, well, stupid. Of course, I don't think she did anything stupid. And dad was proud that she came out with him.

Keep it running Kelly! :awesomework:

You forgot......Being unique by Cutting a Fullsize rig in half and
glueing in back together

Is it ready for some air time now??? Youve fixed mass little issues in the last little while.

New pictures? :corn:
here are a couple of new ones.....I had to drll the 203 flange fron 7/16" threaded to regular 1/2" to use the metric bolts on the new driveline....This thing clears everthing nicely....But when the old one broke it bent the **** out of my shifter linkages so I needed to fix them up a bit.... Here are pics of then monster shaft installed.

looks like it bent the shackle also...look at the last pic...im in the market for a new front d-shaft myself, im curious how yours hold up...

shackles are both wacked like that from running over 4ft stumps I plan to buy some (gasp) jeep shackles and remove the rivited frame bushings then plate the frame and use 1.75" dom with (gasp) jeep poly bushings:D

well after the flop I figured I would try to straighten the side a bit...so I took it off and laid it on some cardboard and jumped on it :redneck: then got after it with a 5lb hammer and oak block got it straight enough that you can hardly tell it flopped :haha: also working on my rock lights I have the rear done wiring up the front
