at 108k you should be able to call the customer service hotline for dodge and complain enough to get them to goodwill it... i've seen it done on these before because its so common of a porblem

no its broken, all of them are supposed to light up. when the lights go out you have to get a new control head IIRC. It is plug and play tho when you get a new one, no programming or anything. as for windows it should just plug in if the dealer does it, but the door panel won't be the same

i do not have exp with iroks... my buddy had a set of 37"tsls on his runner and they would not track straight at all in any amount of snow he switched to boggers and has no problems now... i'm running 37" mtrs and will report back when the snow starts to come
