My 90 with an internal cage & a solid front axle weighs 4650 empty weighed at the scale in Sultan. Dual cases & 33's when I weighed it. I have 35's now so bump the weight up a hundred lbs.

I did my last one myself. I used information from here http://gearinstalls.com/ to do the job. Built a couple tools myself, bought a press and bought the remaining tools. Cost me nearly 300 bucks for the tools and press and took 4 hours to get it right. So far my v6 diff has survived almost 7000...
