    Toyota "race" truck

I realize this is an old thread BUT the Koyo bearing is out of Kawasaki Triple trees and can be gotten from places other than Marlin. Just an FYI to people. I sourced them for myself years ago when Marlin was on like 6 month Backorder.

    Recommended muffler for 22RE

Try finding a universal one from an auto parts store by dimensions in a catalog. Or try having a glasspack installed after the muffler to quiet it down some more.

Cut corner= strange issue need advise

The right stuff is the best out there. It is all I use. Yes is is spendy however I buy the calking tubes and use them in the mini gun then seal the tube with a nail or screw. Nothing seems to work as well. IT is a very thick material that is way sticker than RTV.

    Who has used Mass-Flo efi?

Mike, Adam Mahre that worked for Trux for Steve ordered it for his Toyota project. It seemed to have a lot of parts like sensors that are not on some of the other kits. Call Kevin Murray he was familiar with that product. It may have changed in the last 6 years too.

    toyota axle question

I hvae them on both sides and I would kep them in. IIRC they are there to not allow too much gear oil to go down the tube so your diff will have the proper level in it.

    Toyota axle build

I would not do the 6 shooters but instead do the Marlin 25mm trunion kit, it comes with arms and the bearings. I would buy the TG knuckle ball gusset kit. Get Marlin inner axle seals, and the Longfield wiper seal and hub dowel kit with the longs and and hub gears. If you have the coin get a high...

    downey adapter to toyota

I do belive it will need a VSS. I have the same adapters on my vehicle I put a 4L60e trans to twin Toyota cases and a Vortec 350 for the motor. It came with a VSS and you would also have to have the reluctor or tone ring that bolts over the shaft to make this set up work.
