BNS Fab 7 week Comp Buggy Build

Keith & Jason of BNS fab wanted to build a new buggy to compete in We Rock and run some desert races. So we built this buggy in 7 weeks to be in Tucson. Here are the specs.

Ford 5.0L H.O.
C4 Tranny
Stak 3 spd T-Case
Pro rock 60 axles with spider knuckles
ARB Rear, Detroit Front
2.0 sway aways
3 tube FOA bypass shocks
250' of 1 1/2" .134 wall DOM
Trailready HD Wheels
Full depth Red label Krawlers
Mastercraft Pro-4 seats
PSC Steering

Our budy josh does our fiberglass work. Built us hood and rear fenders. When we get back he is going to make us a new set of rear fenders and an extra cab panel with a window.

looks good. Does he use a chopper gun or do it all by hand?

Post some pictures up when you get the new fenders and cab panel done.
 
Here are some pics of it in our budies garage in Vegas. Check out the 240Z with the LS1. Its going to be sick.

The front has 14" coil overs and the rear has 16"
