c02 fill locations (Bellevue)?

Where can I get my powertank filled around Bellevue/Redmond/Kirkland? It doesn't have to be a "while you wait" place. I don't mind leaving it over night.

Woodinville does not fill. They only ship out tanks to be filled. The guy said "don't expect the tank to look like that when it gets back", so I decided to drive to Lynnwood myself.
