I just bought what i believe to be an nv 4500 that was outta a 94 chevy 3500. I dont see an id tag on it, and was wondering how to id the year of the tranny. Cuz i believe that something was changed in 96? But i aint no expert. I have to tear it apart to replace 2-3 syncro, so if gear counting is the only id, ill be able to do it. Thanks in advance.
