Guns: What Do You Carry

Can't imagine carrying anything less than a .45.. When you need to drop a :JRich: it's the only choice! I carry the setup below.

If you can aim doesn't matter what you shoot them with. .45 you really ain't gotta aim though

I'm going to ask a possible dumb question for you guys with glocks. Do you have a round chambered at all times? I have a few guns but carry mostly a SW Bodyguard. The trigger has a long and hard pull compared to the glock. Or a lot of guns really. Anyway I carry it loaded all the time. With the sensitive glock trigger I'd feel Leary. So educate me please.
All semi have block in them that if you drop them it prevents it from going off so easily.

Just went and bought another 42 to replace the one that was stolen. I thought about waiting till the 9mm came out but when it comes out itll be hard to get and more expensive yadayadayada. I already had a few hundred .380 sitting around and I always liked this gun so I went and got another. Plus if the 9mm was any bigger I wouldn't want it, I already have a bigger Glock to carry.

IF they make a single stack 9 it WILL be bigger than the 42. It is impossible to fit a 9mm barrel into the 42 due to its size. So you can guarantee it will be a smudge bigher. I doubt they will make it though. It would make people not want to buy the 26.

I really like my 26 but I am anxious for a single stack 9mm. I think they both have a place. I would expect the barrel to be just about 1/2" longer and that would be a very nice carry choice.

Anyone worth shooting, is worth shooting a lot!

(With any caliber)

I guess it would be difficult to stop after one shot if you were forced to pull the trigger.

Re:

Keltec 380. If I ever pull it out, the six shots I have will equate to at minimum one dead. Practice, practice, practice. Not just shooting, but the draw, pushing out and being on target.

A lot of folks say to have a loose grip, be relaxed, comfortable, etc. I am polar opposite. I squeeze the **** out of my pistol, tense up as tight as I can and squeeze the trigger hard. Practice how you play. If you don't think this is how it goes, come down to the house, let me shoot at you and see how you draw your weapon and return fire. Better yet, ask a lawman how relaxed and calm they were when they were shooting for their life.

Even just slimming up the g26 would be fine with me.

I have carrying a S&W bodyguard .380 lately, very easy to carry in my pocket and dont have to worry much about it. The other one I carry is a S&W .40, it shoots well and carries pretty good especially for its size. I use a White Hat Holster IWB....I can carry all day with it without much issue, unless my shirt is a little small.

I carry hard ball in my Kimber. Guy who loaded them for me said an old man told him one time hey bleed faster out of two holes.

This thread kinda pisses me off. About the same time I got my carry permit I got a job where I can't carry. Never really get a chance to carry cause I'm scared I will leave it in car or even ammo in car. I'd hate to loose my job but I think the guards comming with machine guns to escort me out might be worse.
