My main concern is that they are going to start collecting fee's and not do anything to the trail systems. Meaning we will be paying for the same thing that we get for free now.
 
Many special "groups" have license plates now, $25 goes to whatever their thing is, whynot do an ohv plate, it also shows you are a wheeler. The money goes to ohv areas or to the nova funds.

I like this idea. If you playing without the proper plate you get a ticket.
 
Pay To Play

I think that it would be beneficial to pay for the up keep and the continued use of land needed for all of us to wheel.
 
There is enough money collected by the gov that if they were responsible they could pay for everything. This means cutting waste/programs and collecting taxes on those that don't pay. I shouldn't have to pay extra to use public lands that are held in trust by the government for the people.
