I cut everything out of the way for my 8274... And I'm replacing the wire cable with the same stuff Grumpy's running... Great winch, I'd put it in if I were you...

M8000 always worked for me, friend has one on his fj, hes never had problems and his is probably over 20 yrs old, and still the same exact style as my new one, just goes to show if it aint broke dont fix it:awesomework:
